<p>Più tempo in cucina a fare nuovi esperimenti, buoni buoni!</p>



<p>Via di frusta o planetaria per realizzare questo dolcetto semplice ma gustosoooo! </p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ingredienti</h2>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>1 albume o l&#8217;acqua faba (per la versione vegana)</li><li>2 o 3 cucchiai di acqua o di bevanda di soia (non zuccherata) </li><li>1 o 2 cucchiaino di cacao in polvere (a me piace tanto il cacao <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f609.png" alt="😉" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> )</li><li>1 o 2 cucchiai di sciroppo d&#8217;acero o malto di orzo o riso (io che sono celiaca scelgo quello a base di riso)  o concentrato di dattero.</li></ul>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Parola d&#8217;ordine montare </h2>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Eh niente, non resta che prendere tutti gli ingredienti, metterli in una tazza bella grande, e montare a neve con le fruste elettriche o la planetaria per circa 3/5 minuti consecutivi .</li><li>Quando otterrete un composto compatto e spumoso, la nostra mousse sarà pronta.</li></ul>
